Summertime just got a whole lot hotter! This July, Eisner winner Mike Baron is bringing his own brand of funny books to American Mythology Comics with Florida Man #1, telling the misadventures of Gary Duba, the redneck with a heart of gold and his troublesome girlfriend Krystal who live in a trailer by the swamp, trying one get-rich-quick scheme after another and finding trouble wherever they go.
Baron adapted his Florida Man novels into a graphic novel with artist Todd Mulrooney last year which he self-published through our wildly successful crowdfunding campaigns that you helped bring to life. Now American Mythology Productions, a comicbook publisher dedicated to creating the best new comics for all audiences are adding Florida Man to their eclectic mix of humor titles which include new and classic titles such as The Three Stooges, Laurel & Hardy, and Willy’s Wonderland and they’re reprinting those misadventures in a series of single issues along with all-new content this summer to distribute to comic shops around the world.
